Terms of use

These are the terms for using the members’ video area at members.cliveelliott.net. It’s run by Clive Elliott’s Martial Arts Academies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (company number OC451419), registered office 22 Clary Road, Swindon, SN2 2SB. By logging in and using the videos, you’re agreeing to these terms.

Who can use it

The video area is for active members of our clubs who have a paid Video Vault Access subscription. Your access is tied to your membership. If that stops, so does your access.

Your access is personal

Your login is for you and your household. Families share one email address, so anyone in your household can watch, but that’s where it ends. Please don’t:

  • Share your login with people outside your household.
  • Record, download, copy or re-share the videos.
  • Show or post the videos anywhere else.

To help keep the videos safe, each one is watermarked with the member’s email address while it plays. It’s a gentle deterrent, a reminder that the videos are for members, not for sharing.

Paying, and changing your subscription

Your Video Vault Access subscription is bought, billed and cancelled through the club’s membership system (Spark), not on this website. This site only shows you the videos. It doesn’t take payments. To change or cancel your subscription, use your club membership in the usual way, or speak to Clive.

Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel your video library subscription at any time by letting us know in writing. Once we receive your notice, one final subscription payment will be taken. That payment covers one last billing period, and your access carries on until the end of it, then ends automatically.

We don’t make partial refunds or pro-rata adjustments. Your access stays available until the end of your final paid period.

Suspending or ending access

We may suspend or end your access if these terms are broken, or if your membership or subscription lapses. If your membership ends, your account and its data are removed (see our Privacy page).

The videos are for guidance

The videos are instructional. Martial arts training carries some risk, so please train sensibly and within your ability, and get proper supervision for anything new or demanding. We can’t be responsible for injuries that happen when you practise unsupervised, except where the law says we remain responsible. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can’t be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
